Brothers Knotek established company producing telephone devices.

1946
Company nationalized and joined into the TESLA group.

1947-1992
Company TESLA Valasske Mezirici owned by state is producing electron tubes, acoustic/low frequency/measuring and heatlt-care devices and teaching equipment.

1993
Company was divided and sold by parts into private ownership. One of these parts is purely czech company with name Zdeněk Holomý, TESLA Valasske Mezirici and personality as self-employed natural person.

1996
Start of direct deliveries of warning equipment for police cars to SKODA AUTO a.s.

1998
Establishing if quality management system according to ISO 9001.

2009
Change of company's name to Zdenek Holomy Electronics.

2010
Moving into new firm domicile.

2011
New stock hall.

2015
Changeod legal form from private person (self-employed) to limited company HOLOMÝ s.r.o.

City Valasske Mezirici is situated nearby border with Slovak republic and Poland, approx. 20 km from Olomouc - Ostrava highway. Valasske Mezirici is important transport road and railway junction, advantage is also near-by airport Ostrava Mosnov.
